The Clancy's - An Irish-American Family
The Clancy Family is a traditional Irish Amercian family. Dan & Mary raised ten kids and always put family before anything else. They work together, they play together and they stay together.
The Clancy's were recently retired and were settling their affairs. They felt it was important to plan for the time when they might need long term care, so when they received a mailing from us, they replied back requesting more information.
In the mean time, they also requested additional information from another source and met with another long term care agency before we met with them. When Dean, a Long Term Care Specialist who was living in the same locality, called on them, Mrs. Clancy did all of the talking. Mr. Clancy was quiet but attentive. At the end of the presentation, they decided to go ahead and see if they would qualify for coverage with us even though they had already applied with another agency (our rate was a little bette r).
